The house is available to rent year round as the Languedoc-Roussillon region has as much to offer during the autumn and winter months as it does in the spring and summer.
During the height of summer (particularly during the school holidays) the fixed changeover day is Saturday and the house is available for full weeks only.
The rest of the year is more flexible. We can offer alternate changeover days for weekly (or longer) rents and we can also offer special prices for weekends or short breaks.
